WHY ‘THE VAULT’?
The name ‘The Vault’ was inspired by the building’s rich history as a bank, so in the nature of repurposing, I’ve created a gorgeous studio space out of one of the original vaults, and I can’t wait for you to see it!
Hey everyone! I’m Abigail; overbearing dog mom to my girl Scout and the colour artist who has created all of these gorgeous hair styles at The Vault. I’m a GOLD.KEY educator for COLOR.ME by Kevin Murphy and am also a professor in the Hairstyling program at Lambton College in Sarnia ON. I love educating fellow professionals in the industry, as well as my clients from behind the chair. When I’m not at The Vault, you can either find me renovating my house or converting my bus into a tiny home.

I’ve always valued working alongside companies that share my vision of environmental balance, so The Vault exclusively uses KEVIN.MURPHY style and COLOR.ME range hair products, are a Green Circle Certified Salon and utilize Great Lakes Refill Co. for all cleaning supplies and equipment.
Abigail never fails to make me feel my most beautiful. I have incredibly thick hair that grows very quickly, and it’s easy for me to get frustrated with the daily task of styling it. I always leave my appointment feeling refreshed and lighter, with hair that is much easier to handle. I’d recommend The Vault to anyone – and I do! Before going to The Vault, I was scared to try new things with my hair. Abi has a way of making you want to take a chance and try something new and fun. Felt cute as a button and selfie ready as soon as I left the salon. My hair still felt amazing even after putting dye in it. I loved the icy shade of blonde I got – very happy!
